Brief Description  Razorback (1984) is a cult-classic Australian natural horror film that follows a gigantic, man-eating wild boar terrorizing a small community in the harsh Australian outback. Directed by Russell Mulcahy in his feature film debut, the movie is a celebrated staple of the "Ozploitation" genre and is adapted from Peter Brennan's 1981 novel.

Plot:
The film opens with the monstrous, 900-pound razorback attacking a house in the outback, snatching a baby and destroying the home. The child’s grandfather, Jake Cullen, is acquitted of murder due to a lack of evidence but vows revenge. Later, an American TV journalist named Beth Winters travels to the outback to report on wildlife slaughter, only to be attacked by corrupt local cannery workers and ultimately devoured by the beast. Her husband, Carl, arrives from America to investigate her disappearance. He teams up with Jake Cullen and a local researcher, Sarah Cameron, to track down and destroy the giant boar. Rather than relying heavily on computer graphics or simple camera tricks, the production famously utilized a highly sophisticated, $250,000 animatronic boar to bring the creature to life.
