Plot:
In rural Texas, a mysterious, invisible alien presence or mist descends upon the countryside [0.6.1, 0.6.11]. The extraterrestrial energy field drains the blood of the local farmers and reanimates their corpses, transforming them into white-faced, highly chatty, flesh-eating zombie killers. Amidst the sudden outbreak, a young photojournalist named Jeff and his girlfriend Julie find themselves trapped in the middle of the rural bloodbath [0.6.11, 0.6.12]. As they try to warn the townsfolk and escape, a trigger-happy military general tries to convince the President to drop a nuclear bomb and wipe the entire town off the map. The couple must find a way to survive both the bloodthirsty horde and their own inept government.
