Brief Description  The Demons of Ludlow (1983) is a low-budget, independent supernatural horror film directed and produced by B-movie filmmaker Bill Rebane. Known for its bizarre premise, the film centers around a small, isolated community terrorized by a haunted, demon-possessed antique piano. Despite being set in New England, the movie was shot entirely on location in the unincorporated community of Gleason, Wisconsin.

Plot:
The narrative takes place in the tiny, picturesque New England town of Ludlow (which has a population of just 47 people) as it prepares to celebrate its bicentennial. As a highlight for the town's barn dance, the community receives an antique harmonium piano sent from England by the estate of Ephram Ludlow III—a descendant of the town's original founder. However, the instrument serves as a modern-day Trojan horse. Centuries prior, the townsfolk brutally persecuted the original Ephram Ludlow, cutting off his hands and banishing him. When the piano keys are played, it unleashes vengeful, spectral pilgrim demons and glowing green claws from within the instrument. The historical ghosts systematically slaughter the townspeople to exact bloody revenge on the descendants of those who wronged their patriarch. It is up to a local preacher, Chris, and an outsider reporter, Debra, to uncover the town's dark, long-hidden secrets before the entire population is wiped out.
