Brief Description  Silent Night, Deadly Night 3: Better Watch Out! is a 1989 American slasher film directed by Monte Hellman. Serving as the second sequel to the original controversial 1984 film, it is the final entry in the franchise to follow the specific storyline of the Chapman brothers. It centers around the Christmas-obsessed killer Ricky Caldwell awakening from a coma and stalking a blind teenager with psychic powers, while she travels to her grandmother's house for the Christmas holiday with her brother and his girlfriend.

Plot:
The film follows the notorious "Santa Claus Killer," Ricky Caldwell (now played by horror veteran Bill Moseley), who has survived being shot by police but has been left in a deep, six-year coma. An eccentric scientist, Dr. Newbury (Richard Beymer), has been experimenting on Ricky by reconstructing his damaged brain and sealing it beneath a clear, plastic dome on top of his head. To try and awaken or communicate with Ricky, Dr. Newbury uses an experimental ESP procedure to link Ricky's mind to Laura Anderson (Samantha Scully), a blind, clairvoyant teenage girl. The experiment succeeds all too well: Ricky awakens on Christmas Eve, murders a hospital receptionist, and escapes. Because of the deep telepathic bond forged by the doctor, Ricky is able to mentally track Laura. Unaware that the killer is hunting her down, Laura travels to her grandmother's remote house for the Christmas holidays accompanied by her brother Chris (Eric Da Re) and his girlfriend Jerri (Laura Harring). Ricky follows their trail, leaving a path of dead bodies in his wake as he closes in on Laura for a final Christmas Eve confrontation.
