Actor(s):  Zach Galligan, Deborah Foreman, Michelle Johnson, David Warner

Brief Description  Waxwork (1988) is an American supernatural comedy horror film written and directed by Anthony Hickox in his directorial debut. The movie stars Zach Galligan, Deborah Foreman, Michelle Johnson, and David Warner. It serves as a stylized, campy homage to classic Hammer Films and Universal Monsters, following a group of affluent college students who are invited to a private midnight showing at a mysterious wax museum that appears overnight in their suburban town.

Plot:
The museum's diabolical curator, David Lincoln, has constructed 18 lifelike exhibits featuring notorious villains and monsters from history and Gothic literature. When visitors cross the velvet exhibition ropes, they are seamlessly pulled into a supernatural pocket dimension where they face the featured monster. If a visitor is killed within the vignette, their soul is permanently trapped, transforming them into a literal piece of the display. As the students are picked off one by one by creatures like Count Dracula and a werewolf, the survivors, Mark and Sarah, investigate the museum's history. They discover a dark family connection and realize the curator must complete all 18 sacrifices to unleash the ultimate forces of darkness upon the earth.
