Brief Description  Neon Maniacs (1986)—also released under the alternative title Evil Dead Warriors—is a low-budget, independent American horror-comedy film directed by Joseph Mangine and written by Mark Patrick Carducci. The film is widely known in cult cinema circles for its bizarre premise, mismatched monster designs, and a notoriously abrupt ending caused by production funding issues.

Plot:
The story is set in San Francisco, where a teenage girl named Natalie Lawrence (played by Leilani Sarelle) witnesses her entire group of friends brutally slaughtered by a pack of grotesque monsters while hanging out in a local park at night. Natalie narrowly escapes, but when she turns to the police, the authorities completely dismiss her outlandish story. The only people who believe her are Steven (Alan Hayes), a classmate who has a crush on her, and Paula (Donna Locke), a younger, horror-obsessed aspiring filmmaker armed with a video camera. As the monsters hunt Natalie across the city to eliminate the only witness, the trio discovers a bizarre weakness: the monsters melt when exposed to water. Armed with an arsenal of squirt guns, the teenagers prepare for a strange final showdown at a high school battle of the bands.
