Brief Description  Dr. Phibes Rises Again is a 1972 British horror-comedy film directed by Robert Fuest and starring horror icon Vincent Price. Serving as the direct sequel to the 1971 cult classic The Abominable Dr. Phibes, the movie blends campy black humor, Art Deco-infused Egyptian aesthetics, and bizarre, elaborate murder sequences.

Plot:
Three years after placing himself and his deceased wife, Victoria, into suspended animation, a specific celestial alignment awakens Dr. Anton Phibes. He discovers that his mansion has been demolished and a set of sacred papyrus scrolls has been stolen. These scrolls contain the map to a hidden Pharaoh's tomb in Egypt where the River of Life flows—a mythical source capable of granting immortality and resurrecting his wife. Phibes learns the scrolls were stolen by Darius Biederbeck (Robert Quarry), a centuries-old man who relies on the River of Life to maintain his youth. After reclaiming the scrolls, Phibes, his silent assistant Vulnavia (now played by Valli Kemp), and his clockwork mechanical band travel to Egypt. Biederbeck mounts his own expedition to pursue Phibes, while Inspector Trout (Peter Jeffrey) and Scotland Yard follow the trail of bodies across the globe.
