Brief Description  The Human Duplicators is a 1965 low-budget American science fiction film directed by Hugo Grimaldi and Arthur C. Pierce. It stars Richard Kiel as a towering alien android sent to Earth to execute an infiltration and colonization plot by replacing key scientists with robotic doppelgängers.

Plot:
An alien cosmic agent named Dr. Kolos (played by Richard Kiel) arrives on Earth from a distant galaxy. His mission is to establish a covert colony and pave the way for a broader galactic invasion. Kolos infiltrates human society by partnering with a renowned cybernetics scientist, Professor Vaughn Dornheimer (George Macready). Together, they use a specialized laboratory apparatus to abduct, replicate, and replace prominent scientists with obedient, superhuman android duplicates.

National Intelligence Agency (NIA) agent Glenn Martin (George Nader) notices bizarre break-ins where respected scientists steal supplies from their own facilities. The rogue duplicate scientists show unnatural physical strength and immunity to conventional gunfire. Martin traces the criminal conspiracy to Professor Dornheimer’s estate, where he encounters the professor's kind-hearted blind niece, Lisa (Dolores Faith). Lisa senses and quietly exposes the eerie changes in her uncle's behavior and the sinister activities happening in the basement laboratory.

Kolos and his mechanical minions capture Agent Martin and put him through the duplication process to create an operative doppelgänger. Despite their cold programming, Kolos experiences an internal conflict when he interacts with Lisa, whose inner goodness begins to soften his hard mechanical directives. The plot culminates in a final confrontation as remaining human authorities move to dismantle the android stronghold and shatter the chilling conspiracy.
