Brief Description  The Vengeance of the Vampire Women (original Spanish title: La venganza de las mujeres vampiro) is a 1970 Mexican action-horror film directed by Federico Curiel and starring the legendary masked luchador, El Santo. Released on December 24, 1970, the 85-minute film blends classic Mexican wrestling culture with Gothic horror tropes.

Plot:
The narrative begins with a pre-credits sequence set in the 19th century, where a vampire countess is staked in her coffin. In the modern era, the mad scientist Dr. Igor Brancov resurrects this long-dead vampire queen, Countess Mayra, by transfusing the blood of a captured go-go dancer into her veins. Dr. Brancov intends to use Mayra’s supernatural blood to grant immortality to his artificial, muscular creation, "Razos". However, Countess Mayra has her own agenda. Before cooperating with Brancov, she demands vengeance against the last living descendant of the man who originally destroyed her coven in the 1800s.

This descendant happens to be the silver-masked wrestler, Santo. Mayra gathers an army of vampire followers and targets Santo, attempting to assassinate him both through mind-controlled wrestling opponents and by invading his home while he sleeps. Santo, aided by a pretty reporter named Paty and police allies, must investigate the string of local blood-drainings, locate the vampires' subterranean grotto, and stop Dr. Brancov's experiments.
