Brief Description  The Invisible Man's Revenge is a 1944 Universal sci-fi horror film directed by Ford Beebe. It stars Jon Hall as a bitter fugitive who turns invisible with the help of an eccentric scientist (played by John Carradine) to exact cruel revenge on former associates who cheated him out of a shared diamond fortune.

Plot:
The Escape and Betrayal: Robert Griffin (Jon Hall) escapes from a South African psychiatric hospital after murdering his orderlies. He travels to the English countryside to confront his former partners, Sir Jasper (Lester Matthews) and Lady Irene Herrick (Gale Sondergaard). Griffin claims they left him for dead during a joint African safari and stole his share of a massively valuable diamond mine.

The Rejection: When Griffin demands his half of their current fortune and the hand of their daughter Julie (Evelyn Ankers), the Herricks refuse. Lady Irene drugs Griffin, steals the written contract proving their partnership, and throws him out of the house. He nearly drowns in a nearby river but survives.

The Invisibility Experiment: Seeking shelter, Griffin stumbles into the home of Dr. Peter Drury (John Carradine), an eccentric scientist who has successfully tested an invisibility serum on animals. Eager for a human test subject, Drury offers the formula to Griffin, who readily accepts it to evade the police and torment the Herricks.

The Campaign of Terror: Now invisible, Griffin embarks on a ruthless crime spree. He teams up with a shady, conniving Cockney drunk named Herbert Higgins (Leon Errol) to blackmail the Herricks. Griffin uses his invisible state to cheat at darts in local pubs and terrorize Sir Jasper into signing over his entire estate.

The Blood Sacrifice & Climax: Dr. Drury informs Griffin that to become visible again permanently, he requires a full human blood transfusion, which will kill the donor. Driven by obsession, Griffin turns on Drury, knocking him out and draining his blood to partially restore his own face. He then sets his sights on Julie's fiancé, newspaper reporter Mark Foster (Alan Curtis), intending to kill him for the remaining blood.

The Resolution: Mark figures out the truth with the help of Drury's guard dog, Brutus, who can sniff out the unseen threat. In a final confrontation at the laboratory, Brutus mauls the invisible Griffin, killing him. As Griffin dies, his body slowly re-materializes on the floor.
