Plot:
The Transylvanian Journey: English solicitor Renfield travels to Count Dracula’s crumbling castle to finalize the lease for Carfax Abbey in London. Ignoring local warnings about vampires, Renfield falls under Dracula's hypnotic spell, becoming a raving, bug-eating thrall.

Arrival in London: Dracula and a deranged Renfield arrive by ship, where the crew is found dead. The Count integrates into London high society.

The Hunt and the Victims: Dracula preys upon young Lucy Weston and sets his sights on Mina Seward, daughter of the local sanitarium director. Lucy dies and rises as a vampire, prompting Dr. Seward to call in Professor Van Helsing.
